If you've read Rookie Smarts (past chapter 3) you know Jan Carty Marsh's story: A brilliant actor who went back to school after many years to relearn math, stats, science and more so she could teach 8th grade science. She is igniting a true love of learning in her students, many without resources at home or at school.

Jan has just raised the funds to equip her classroom and these kids with telescopes.  We'd like to see her now get Chromebooks in her class.  Check out her Donors Choose page to help Jan help these students discover science and the love of learning!

All the best,

Liz Wiseman
